French 75

To ring in the new year, nothing is more elegant than a French 75 cocktail. We paired Wild Roots Spirits London Dry Gin with La Aurora Meadow Honey for the interplay of florals and the affinity for citrus that both honey and gin display. Topped with Moet & Chandon Champagne, with it’s citrus, fruit, and mineral nuances, the cocktail is a beautiful and full variation on a classic.

Wild Roots Spirits is inspired by flavors in our native Oregon and includes juniper from Central Oregon, our home.

INGREDIENTS

¼ ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce La Aurora Meadow Honey Syrup
1 ounce Wild Roots London Dry Gin, chilled
Moet & Chandon champagne, chilled
lemon twist

INSTRUCTIONS

Add lemon juice, honey syrup, and gin to a champagne glass. Top with champagne and a twist. Cheers and drink at midnight!
